CALL AHEAD. Sometimes they take Jean out of her room for x-rays or scans. Let the phone ring several times - sometimes she needs time to answer it.

Rules:
1. No flowers or plants on the 10th Floor. This is the Transplant Wing, where many patients are suffering from immunity disorders and potential for severe infections.
2. No food or drinks (unless Jean says otherwise.
3. No children under the age of six.
4. If you're sick or think you have an infection of some kind, please wait until Jean is off the 10th Floor and recovering someplace else.
